I collaborate with design, engineering, customer care, sales and QA to inspire innovative results. I excel at understanding different personas, what their needs and pain points are, and gathering insights that generate seamless, intuitive designs. With an aptitude for understanding complex technical requirements, I easily communicate with devs and can bridge the gap between them and designers when needed. Being extremely thorough, organized and detail oriented has also attracted stakeholders to work with me while I maintain focus on the big picture and deliver value with every release.
