User Experience Design

As a seasoned designer, I’ve produced intuitive UX for a variety of products across web, iOS and Android. With a great attention to detail, I provide meticulous design documents such as user journeys, wireframes and prototypes that align teams in bringing value and delight to users. As the sole designer, or lead designer mentoring others, I naturally build trusting relationships and quickly become the SME that team members rely on for support, guidance, or improving workflow efficiency.

Data Research & Analysis

Watch, listen, learn! Reading through data reports or customer feedback tells a story I can’t put down. I’m obsessed with behavior and discovering what drives people. Analyzing data produces insights that can greatly enhance the experiences and increase acquisition and retention. Monitoring results and KPIs ensures we’re on track to achieving our goals, and I’ve providing many status reports to stakeholders and teams over the years so everyone is in sync.
